Terrible experience here. Was distracted by her phone the entire time. Did not look at any reports provided. Appeared uninterested the entire time. Did not bother looking or remembering child's name. Would give her a 0 star if I could. Paid alot of money for nothing.

We were told that my 5 year old was “too smart” and basically she is making up her head aches for two years- which repeatedly end up with her in hospital because she’s vomiting from the pain and can’t move (paediatrician told me he wouldn’t look at any previous medical tests/info that our GP had sent over, because he didn’t want to be influenced by it?!) ALSO, and MOST importantly he told my 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER she is “too pretty not to have a boyfriend”. Waste of money and time.

The appointment with Dr. Sonawane was just a disappointment. It seems she was in a hurry all the time. When I wanted to explain specific situations of my concerns. She just said We are going to talk about this later". It never happened.First appointment and last one."

Terrible dr, can't understand how she's still in buisness. Was not interested in my child or the paperwork and reports I had spent months putting together, was more interested in overloading me with charts on her ipad. When she was giving Me more information based on her sheet of paper in front of her I payed attention to the paper and she turned it over. She refused to assess my child because I brought my 2 year old son along and she was very put out by it. Then he had the audacity to sneeze and she put a mask on and sanitised...... $500 down the drain. She needs to be removed from medical practice!

Avoid Dr Roshni. She is so unqualified!I don’t know how she is a Dr and no one has done an investigation on her!!!If you love your child then seek for another paediatrician.During the appointment, she whole time talks through her voice recorder and playing with that. Ignoring what we ask.I went to see her for both my kids. And unfortunately I am so so disappointed.Waste of money and not just no results, kids are so much worse now.

My sons appointment was made over a year ago, as it was by phone I never recieved a letter, so I called the hospital to be told Dr sonowane no longer works there. All communications were done by text which is extremely unprofessional. The appointment was switched to Telehealth which is impossible for an appointment of this nature. The appointment was never confirmed despite having to send personal information to her by text so I wasn’t willing to send her money or keep my son home from school with no confirmation. Today I recieved phone calls and 20 very unhinged text messages from Dr Sonowane, despite only replying to 2 about her unprofessionalism. I won’t share the texts as I’ve put in a formal complaint. But please do not accept an appointment with her.Edit to add in 2023. It appears Dr Sonowane is still taking on new clients. I took action via Aphra and the outcome was not in her favour. I would highly advise trusting this woman with your children.

Highly recommend Dr Andrew Bullock he was very thorough, approachable and explained everything in an understandable way.

Waited 6-7 months for appointment. For ME to call 2 weeks before said appointment to confirm and see if I needed to do/bring anything as I hadn’t heard from them to be told that the doctor no longer working there and I need to call Dr and follow up.No email, no call nothing! Glad I called beforehand and didn’t just attend the appointment I thought I had for my child! Really unprofessional!

Dr Sonawane: Avoid this doctor at all costs. She has no clinical skills, does not build rapport, does not listen, does not talk to or make eye contact with adolescent patients. She spends the consultation voice dictating into her phone and the information she collects is wrong.

Dr. Michael Slattery - words cannot describe our gratitude toward him. He's been our family pediatrician for all three of our children. His life and career experience, wisdom and knowledge shine through at each visit. Each time, he has connected well with our kids, he is patient and observant, and his advice bang-on to help us along the way. His demeanor, always welcoming, attentive and never rushed, and his compassion for the parents and kids appears unfathomable. For our family, he's one of our heroes. Thank you!
